We could have a block of therapy where we explore your childhood, patterns of behaviour, learnt behaviours, defence mechanisms and cooling mechanisms where these could be impacting your life in a negative way. We will work through your patterns if behaviour and break your negative cycles. Implement better coping mechanism and more self care.
