Individual therapy is 1 hour 

This includes Children,, People in Full time Education Counselling Students.

Relationship therapy is 1.5 hours 

We also provide a lower concessionary fee, this is based on individual circumstances. 

Sometimes we may need crisis support; In this instance we can offer a same day appointment subject to availability.

We will explore your relationship with smoking and assist you on changing this dynamic. This is a package price and is based on an extensive hypnotic session.

A combination of hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP will dramatically help you overcome your phobia. This is a session fee and tpically you will need between 4 to 6 sessions.

These will be tailored to your individual needs as a session fee. Typically you will required 3 sessions.

We will improve your relationship with food and we will have weekly weight-ins. Be prepared as "you may just lose weight to." This is a session fee.

This is only available to members of "Lose Weight without Dieting group."

This course will improve your relationship with anxiety and no longer will it stop you from enjoying your life. This is a session fee.
