I work with adults who appear capable and self-aware, yet remain affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties or repeating relationship patterns.

Psychodynamic therapy gives us time to notice what happens beneath the immediate problem. We explore earlier experiences, unconscious expectations, protective strategies and the ways you relate to yourself and other people.

I bring warmth and humanity into the room. I will listen carefully, ask direct questions and help you stay curious when familiar defences or patterns appear.

My core approach is psychodynamic. I also draw on hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, CBT-informed ideas and coaching skills where these fit your goals and the work we agree together.
